Former NMRA Factory Stock Racer Charles “Chalie” Rankin Sr. entered the Coyote Stock fray at the Bradenton, 2014 race. Though he’s new to Coyote Stock, he’s been drag racing for just over 40 years!
He and his son will be dividing the driving duties this year.
Black Betty:
Frustrated by the rising costs of Factory Stock competition, Chalie converted his former FS Car, “Black Betty” to Coyote Stock specs. Betty is an ’88 Mustang LX coupe he bought after his previous black ’88 Mustang LX coupe was stolen.
